Day 3! Crazytown

    I was prepared for Day 3! I started with a 10oz cup of water & my vitamins, as I do everyday! In the past, day 3 on IP was the hardest (headache, hungry, crabby, irritable) I am going to do all I can to prevent any of these side effects in advance. A cup of coffee with 1/2 of IP chocolate drink as my creamer was a perfect start. 
     Mondays at work are usually pretty busy, lots of emails, voicemails, messages to get caught up & clients to see. I loved hearing stories of the weekend & Halloween parties. It is always encouraging to hear how they overcame some of the obstacles with food & drinks & stuck to plan. 
     It was time for lunch & I had to run a couple errands. I LOVE the non restricted BBQ  ridges, they're yummy easy to eat on the go. I didn't have time for veggies over lunch so I waited until 3:30 when I had a minute & ate a big salad. 
     After work I picked up Noah & headed home. I was really hungry so I thought I would try the vanilla pudding pancake recipe. I didn't follow the directions 100% cause I was so hungry! I added a little to much water & the pancakes didn't turn out :( I didn't care, I ate them anyway:) 
     Noah had practice until 8:30 and I was a starving when I got home. I made 3 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and hot sauce. I had a HUGE headache so I drank 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt & 8oz of water, it dissipated in 10 minutes or so. 
     After dinner I was a little irritable & crabby, for the sake of my husband Robert & son Noah I headed to bed. 
     Day 3 was a success!!! I know this is all worth it! A little challenging at times, but worth it!!!
