Day 5 on phase 1

Day 5 was a good day. I woke up refreshed & ready to go. I started my day with a Ideal Protein Omelet. I sautéed green peppers, jalapeños and mushrooms then added the omelet & topped it with some tobasco. It was filling & tasted great. I'm full but I feel bloated:( I forgot that last time I did Ideal Protein I needed the enzymes & they help ALOT! I take 1 with each meal. (4 a day)
I want to do some physical activity, but I dont want to over do it. The Y offers a 75 minute yoga on Saturday mornings. So I give it a try... Yoga was great. It was relaxing & I relieve some negative energy I had building up. http://www.livestrong.com/article/337762-the-advantages-of-yoga/

There is lots to do today! Clean, grocery shop, basketball for Noah & Riley & Robert's Christmas Party. The day is going quick & I forgot lunch until its almost to late. I drink a cran granata & eat some cucumbers around 2:30.

At 5:00, I have a peanut butter bar & it tastes like heaven! The peanut butter bars are like no protein bar I have ever tasted! We have Roberts Christmas party tonight & I know we're eating around 7:30. On the way to the party I chugged (literally) 32 oz of water. This filled me up and helped to stay away from possible cheats.
The Christmas party was fun, it was nice meeting all of Roberts friends that I hear so much about. The 3 comedians were hilarious & of course Robert's laugh is so contagious, everyone was laughing at his laugh. http://www.care2.com/greenliving/8-health-benefits-of-laughter.html The food was delicious! Dinner consisted of green beans, lettuce salad with oil & vinegar & 8oz of pork loin. I drank some coffee after as dessert. I was pretty proud of myself. I was the driver for the evening & it was entertaining. Robert & his coworkers had a good time.
I'm happy that I was able to resist the mashed potatoes, cake, pasta & drinks.
We are home and Robert is sleeping like a baby, to say the least :)
Tomorrow brings more challenges, but once again I'm ready.
Until tomorrow,

  1. Chugging helps. :)I think I need a refresher on the pills and the best times to take them. I will give you the details on what I take, when I take, when I see you next. Hopefully I'm taking them at the times that will be best for my body. Maybe there's room for improvement.?.? See you soon.
