Day 11 on phase 1 complete:)

Another busy day at Innovative Aesthetics! Lindsay and I have met lots of new clients in the past 11 days.  That is one of my favorite parts of my job. Meeting all of the great new people and continuing to build the existing relationships.  This was a great week, very busy and it flew by!  I tried to focus with EVERYONE this week on trying to stay positive and think of how much you have accomplished.  If your week was not perfect, we can learn from it and make today better. It's never to late to be better at whatever you put your mind to.  I am proud of everyone that came in this week and that is continuing on your journey to a healthy 2013! I always tell my clients to please don't hesitate to call me if you are struggling, have a question or need to vent for a minute. That is what Linds and I are here for and we are always happy to help!

My morning started with a quick stretch, ab workout and 30 minutes on the treadmill at the YMCA.  I had to be at the office at 7 for a meeting so I was a bit rushed and didn't have time to drink my morning shake.  Coffee comes first, just 1 cup, black.  I can't function without it!  Not sure if it is the caffeine or mentally something I think I need. After the meeting, I drank a premade Strawberry Banana Ideal Protein Shake.  If you have not had a chance to try these yet they are great. They are non restricted and if you have them really cold they are best.
This was the first time this week I got lunch.  The other office manager showed up with http://debsdeli.com/ for all of us for lunch. I always get the chicken  salad with double meat and no cheese (this is my actual protein for the day) It is WONDERFUL!!! I like the Walden Farms Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing and a little salt and pepper with this salad.  If you have not had one you have to try it! All of us at the office would pick Deb's everyday if we had a choice. I'm not sure what she puts on the chicken, but it is  yummo!!! She also carries Sparkling Ice Drinks and fresh Iced Tea.
I had about 45 minutes remaining of my lunch. I ate the Deb's salad like I had never eaten before! So, I made a trip up to Crazy Daisy to get out of the office for a minute. http://www.shopthedaisy.com/ Crazy Daisy is a consignment shop that has really good quality clothes, shoes, hats, coats, furniture and home decor. As you lose weight this is a great place to get rid of your clothes and purchase a smaller size. You do have to make an appointment if you want to get rid of old clothes,  follow the link if interested.
Deb's salad filled me up for the afternoon and I continue drinking my water throughout the day.  I had no problem getting in 120 oz today. I was thirsty! My body is in ketosis and water is not a problem for me anymore.  If water is a problem and you need a little something to add flavor, I found these new Dasani drops at Hy Vee, they are sweetened with Sucralose and taste great. Only a couple drops a day tho, don't go overboard. Remember moderation! http://www.dasani.com/#drops
After work I have to run Noah to a basketball game and go to the store for more cauliflower. I have a craving for some pizza and Zoey's is not allowed on the diet :(  I have made cauliflower crust pizza before and it took me 3 times to get it right.
Cauliflower Pizza Crust:
Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, riced, 1 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Mozz Veggie Cheese, 1/2 cup, shredded
Fennel, 1/2 tsp (optional)
Oregano ground, 1 tsp
Parsley, dried, 2 tsp

Directions
Rice or finely chop the cauliflower. Beat egg, add the cauliflower, and shredded cheese. Mix, then press into a greased pizza pan then sprinkle with the spices. Bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes. If you double the recipe cook 15 to 20 minutes.

Add desired pizza toppings...

I used,  Thinly sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh spinach, thinly sliced zucchini and mushrooms.  Top with a little veggie cheese and Bake until brown and cheese is bubbly.

Yes there is a little egg (protein) in the pizza and veggie cheese.  Today I will NOT have a Restricted Ideal Protein Food.  3 NON RESTRICTED instead.

After dinner I warmed up the chocolate ideal Protein drink, it tastes like hot cocoa.  It is a great chocolate fix if that is what you need.

Your success depends mainly upon what you think of yourself and weather you believe in yourself.
