Day 10 on Phase 1 complete!

Day 10 on Phase 1 is complete!  I am a 1/3 of the way there!!!  It's amazing how fast days go by!  Work is busy, life is busy and I hardly have time to think about what I'm not eating.

Robert is up everyday before me.  Before he leaves for work he always comes into the bedroom and tells me he loves me and gives me a kiss.  Today, he left and returned a few minutes later for another kiss.  I thought to myself, that was kind of odd, but nice:)  I get up shortly after he leaves, get my coffee and I begin to make the bed.  Not sure if you know this about me but, I DO NOT LIKE SPIDERS!!! Robert has pranked me with the same huge black hairy spider multiple times.  He has put it in my car, in my morning coffee mug, in my Christmas stocking, under my pillow and more!  I threw it away a while back, guess who ended up in my bed this morning?  Yep, that dang spider!  Robert is so sneaky! That is what the second kiss was for:) I know it is fake and every time I shreek like a little girl.  I will get him back...
Anyway, my morning coffee was great and I knew it was going to be a busy day so I mixed up the Ideal Protein Pink Lemonade in my shaker then put it in my camelbak with 32 oz of water total.  I was able to drink this most of the morning.
Lunch was around 1:30, I had 10 minutes to warm up some broccoli and fresh mushrooms.  As I was getting it out of the microwave in the lounge, the container was very hot and I spilled it all over the counter. This is not something I would normally do but, I was desperate and starving so I scraped it off the counter and ate it anyway along with 4 hot and spicy claussen pickles.
The afternoon was jam packed, Lindsay and I were both VERY busy! I was able to get water in throughout the afternoon and I ate a Strawberry Wafer in just a couple bites. Yummm that was good!  Around 5pm I ran to the lounge to get a pickle and as I walked in I noticed some nicely decorated pink things on the counter. One of my favorite sweets are cake balls.  I was hungry and could use something sweet. I would have normally eaten 1 or 4 of them! My WILL POWER was strong today! I didn't give in! I am still in ketosis and I want to stay there! I have worked to hard to screw this up now!
My evening ended around 7:30 and when I got home I warmed up left over Chicken and  made a yummy cauliflower bake. I had cauliflower cut up for when I got home.

Cheesy OVEN-ROASTED CAULIFLOWER FLORETS -- Preheat the oven to 400°. On a large rimmed baking sheet, drizzle the cauliflower florets with the olive oil. Season them with Parmesan and garlic Kernel's seasoning, http://www.kernelseasons.com/index.php?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=popcorn%20seasoning&utm_content=12568162554&utm_campaign=Fuor002&mkwid=sOeCyA5WL&pcrid=12568162554&kw=popcorn%20seasoning&mt=b salt and pepper and toss well. Roast for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown .
My evening snack was the Ideal Protein Rasp jello mixed with a spoon full of Walden Farms Marshmallow cream, 8oz of water and crushed ice in the blender.  It tastes like a jello fluff.  Also, remember that the Jello and Cran Granata drink have extra collagen!

I have the diet under control, food, wine, sweets, chocolate is not in control of me!  I have mind over matter (food) rather than matter(food) over mind! I really do feel good! Thank you again for all your support!  We can do this!!!

My husband Robert sends me a inspirational quote every day at around 9am. I look forward to this everyday. Today was a good one:)

To be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best day and night to make you everybody else means to fight the hardest battle any human being can fight; and never stop fighting.

-E.E. Cummings

Until tomorrow, Dusty Marie Swehla
