Dusty's Blog is back!!!

Hello Ideal Protein followers!! Im sorry it has been  awhile since I have been on this Blog, I was hoping the blog thing would go away but it has'nt. So I will try this again, with a big smile on my face :)  Im not much of a Blogger, a computer savy person or very good at grammer! My 6th grade teacher Mrs Knudson would give me an F for this blog.  The good thing about this blog is, there is no grade!!!
